Nymphaea ‘Star of Zanzibar’ is a tropical waterlily created by Rich Sacher. It has purple blue star petals and heavily marked pads. It’s parentage is Nymphaea ‘Morning Star’ x Nymphaea ‘Purple Zanzibar’. It’s publication date is 2000.

It won the Banksian Medal for the best Waterlily of 2000.
