Nymphaea ‘Ron G. Landon’ is a tropical lily with a blueish purple petals. It was introduced by Ken Landon in 1999. It’s publication date is 2005. Nymphaea ‘Ron G. Landon’ parentage is Nymphaea ampla x Nymphaea capensis var. zanzibariensis purpurea. It is significant in that it has the largest flowers of the brachycerus group. Ten inch flowers are the norm with a mature plant putting up 12″ flowers.
