N. gigantea var. neorosa Landon comb. nov. is a species lily with deerp rose petals that are darkest at the apex and lighter at the base. The outer petals are darker than the inner petals as well. It has yellow stamen and green pads with a green underside, maroon spots ans a maroon perimeter.
