N. minuta

Newest Published pictures of N. minuta

Come see N. minuta. A new species that will change the waterlily industry in the coming years. It is a pygmy lily. It will grow and thrive in shade. Most importantly it is passing these characteristics into new crosses that are enabling new never before seen small lilies. People who do not have room for any size pond will be able to grow a waterlily in a tub container with ease in the near future.

The final set of pictures below are some of the first cross with N. minuta. You will notice the beautiful pad coloration that is not present in the species parent. It is a very light blue / almost white flower approximately the color of N. Daubenyana.

I am awaiting more pictures of more exciting crosses from Rick Edwards.
